🌟 Help Us Find Foster Carers — and Get Rewarded Along the Way
There’s a national shortage of foster carers — and the children who need them can’t wait. Sparks Fostering is working to find safe, stable, and compassionate homes across England.
We can’t do this alone. That’s why we reward individuals and organisations who help us find suitable foster carers. You’ll be thanked at each stage your referral progresses — so your effort is recognised even if they don’t complete the whole process.
💷 New! Tiered Referral Rewards
If you refer someone to Sparks Fostering and they go on to foster, you can earn up to £1,000 in cash rewards, paid in stages:

| ✅ They attend an initial call | £50 |
| 📚 They complete pre-approval training | £150 |
| 📝 They’re approved by fostering panel | £300 |
| 🏡 They begin fostering | £500 |
| TOTAL | £1,000 |
You’ll be paid at each stage — so even if they don’t complete the whole process, you’ll still receive something for your part.

We’ll provide digital flyers, social media content, and even speaker sessions to help you spread the word.

If you apply to become a foster carer and were not referred by someone else, we’ll offer a £1,000 welcome bonus, paid in stages as you progress through approval and start fostering.
